One-on-One Mentorship allows you to check-in and deepen your meditation practice by engaging in open dialogue with an experienced meditation teacher. This dialogue is maintained through a combination of face-to-face appointments, online conferencing (i.e. Skype / Google Hangout), as well as email and text message.
It's recommended that you make a commitment to three months when you begin the One-on-One Mentorship relationship; this will help you to establish a language for practical terminology and help you develop a skills basis for the practice. For the first couple months, you will want to maintain weekly check-ins, then you may want to adjust interactions to meet your individual needs.
In order to support the depth of communication with you mentor, you will be given a meditation journal and other assignments between check-ins. The first few months will equally emphasize study & practice of basic mindfulness tenets.
